Who we are
Meridian Labs builds websites and lead systems for home improvement firms in Cork and Munster. If you have a question about your data, use the contact form on this site.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive your name, phone number, business, town and anything you write in the message. We only ask for what we need to reply.
How we use it
We use your details to contact you by phone, text or WhatsApp about your enquiry, and only if you tick the consent box. We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone for marketing.
The plan tool
Answers typed into the "plan for your trade" tool are sent to an AI service to write your draft plan. We do not store them and they do not create an enquiry.
Services we use
Enquiries are delivered to us by a form service (Formspree). They keep the message only as long as needed to deliver it to us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details while we are talking with you, and delete them within 12 months if we do not end up working together.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time, or withdraw your consent. Just ask through the contact form. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
